Have you got UGG Today?

People tend to bear three different attitudes towards UGG boots: loving them, hating them or simply having no idea of them. Yet, when they find out, they would still fall into the first 2 categories.

Let’s first give the last group some elementary introduction of UGG boots UK. What are UGG boots? Well, traditionally, they are referred to a style of Australian boots made of sheepskin. Its history might date back to World War I when pilots wore a pair fleece-lined “FUG” (flying UGG) boot. And another type of UGG boot was also worn in Australia as early as the 1930s by farmers in hope of keeping their feet warm. In the 1960s Australian surfers would put on UGG boots to warm their feet after coming in from riding the waves.

Among these surfers, an Australian young guy named Brian Smith took several sheepskin boots to America for the first time, many years before which, Australian workers had always been used to sewing and making sheepskin boots beside the sea in New Zealand. However, it was this business-conscious young man made a bold choice and brought this traditional line of products to America. Though he was quite frustrated by the beginning of his business, he did not lose confidence and finally found the right place for his boots in the market in the west of America. From then on, UGG Australiahas grown into luxury sheepskin products enjoying world-known fame from a tiny brand of surfing products.
